Simon Cowell Dumped By Girlfriend

Simon Cowell and his longtime girlfriend, Terri Seymour, have broken up, Us Weekly reports.
"They broke up about a month ago. It was Terri's idea, not Simon's," Cowell's rep, Max Clifford, said. "Simon is doing alright, but they were together a long time and so you can understand that it's going to be a strange time."
The acerbic American Idol judge, who has been vocal against settling down, and the Extra correspondent dated for six years, but the split "wasn't a shock or a surprise" to either party.
Clifford added that the twosome remain close friends who speak frequently. As for a possible reconciliation, "only Simon and Terri know that."
