Got Justin Bieber fever? We've got good and bad news.
Despite widespread speculation that the teen sensation will sing live on Wednesday's episode of American Idol — which features his mentor, Usher, as well as Diddy — TVGuide.com has learned that the "Baby" singer will actually tape a performance that will air later this season.

The 16-year-old singer will perform a medley of songs, "Baby" included. Meanwhile, Diddy and Dirty Money will take the stage on Wednesday night's Idol with their new single, "Hello Good Morning." Also look for this week's Idol mentor, Usher, whose new album Raymond vs. Raymond dropped Tuesday, to perform his new single "OMG."
