David Cook, Keith Urban and More Set for Idol Finale

David Cook, Keith Urban
David Cook will be on hand to pass his crown to either Adam Lambert or Kris Allen on American Idol's finale.
The Season 7 champ is one of the eight performers scheduled to appear on the show, Ryan Seacrest announced on Twitter. Also slated to take the Nokia Theater stage are Season 4 winner Carrie Underwood, Lionel Richie, Carlos Santana, Cyndi Lauper, Queen Latifah, the Black Eyed Peas and Keith Urban. Everyone will perform on Wednesday's show, except for Underwood, who is booked for Tuesday, a show rep tells TVGuide.com.
Cook and Underwood have both appeared already on Idol this season, and Underwood's cover of Mötley Crüe's "Home Sweet Home" accompanies each bootee's goodbye.
The Idol finale kicks off Tuesday at 8 pm/ET and wraps up with a two-hour show Wednesday, starting at 8 pm/ET.
